Reminders
- All Members - PLEASE READ IMPORTANT REMINDERS NOTICE DISTRIBUTED.
-Street Trees - The City has asked all homeowners to trim their trees back from the road (tree lawn close to the street) so the snow plows can get close to the curb.
-ABOVE GROUND POOLS ARE PROHIBITED.
Pools: Above ground pools will not be permitted on any lot unless the pool is a temporary structure (e.g. inflatable pools). The pools can be put up no earlier than Memorial Day and must be taken down within ten (10) days of Labor Day. Pools above-ground having vertical surfaces of more than four feet in height shall be required to have fences and gates where access may be had to the pool (City of Streetsboro Ordinance 1989-51. Passed 8-28-89).
- We continually strive to make Hannum Crossing a safe community. In our neighborhood, we want to practice preventative measures to deter crime from happening. Having cameras in your home, locking up doors for your home and cars, etc are certain measures you can take. If any one is interested in starting a "neighborhood watch" program, let HOA know and we can start the process.
